The Local Scholarship Fund of the Greater Naples AAUW Charitable Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”) offers named scholarship opportunities for a minimum donation of just $1,500.
Since 2001, the Foundation has annually awarded scholarships to local women, age 21 and over, who are pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university and who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
Make your donation of $1,500 or more to the Local Scholarship Fund by February 28, 2019 for a Local Scholarship to be awarded in April 2019. (Donations received after February 28, 2019 will fund Local Scholarship awards made in 2020.)
- Named Local Scholarships are awarded as the “XYZ Company Scholarship of the Local Scholarship Fund of the Greater Naples AAUW Charitable Foundation, Inc.” or the “Jane X. Doe Scholarship of the Local Scholarship Fund of the Greater Naples AAUW Charitable Foundation, Inc.”
- The Foundation’s eligibility criteria, policies and rules for Local Scholarships apply. Proposed names for Local Scholarships are subject to approval by the Foundation. The eligibility criteria are posted on the “Local Scholarships” page of the Foundation’s website at aauwgnb.org.
- An administrative fee of $10 applies for each scholarship.
